About Us

With one goal in mind, Motorized Window Treatments is there to make life easier for all of its clients. If someone is living with a disability, we want to give them back their independence allowing them privacy and light control when they want it. If a parent is worried about cords injuring their child we want to remove all cords bringing them peace of mind. If energy efficiency or simple ease of operation is desired, we want to provide individual or group shade control shade by the push of a button.

We have a passion comparable to none and a drive to provide quality, value and the personal attention everyone deserves when beautifying their home.


Warranty

Motorized Window Treatments warrants that all new (manual or motorized) and/or window treatments retrofitted with motorization will be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of (1) year starting the day the window treatment is installed or returned to the customer. This warranty is in addition to or in conjunction with possible other warranties offered by the window treatment or motor manufacturer.

The warranty does not include any conditions or damages resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, misapplication, improper handling, operation or cleaning, exposure to the elements or excessive heat sources. This warranty does not cover variation in color, grain, or texture in natural wood products nor excessive warping of wood slats in high humidity areas. Loss of pleating is not covered if the product is not being cycled (held in the raised position a portion of the time). Normal wear and tear is not covered.

All moving parts, such as cords, will eventually wear out and fabric may fray. Motorized Window Treatments considers these things as normal wear and warranties the depicted normal wear and tear for a period of (1) year starting the day the product is installed. The wear and tear portion of this warranty only covers the replacement of the material, control cords, motor or any incidental or consequential damages. Transportation costs for product pickup/removal and then reinstallation of product will incur some form of service charge fee.

If a Motorized Window Treatment product or retrofit is found to be defective in workmanship, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product or part which fails to conform to this limited warranty.

This Warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liabilities or warranties. In no event shall Motorized Window Treatments or its licensed fabricators or distributors be liable for incidental or consequential damages, or for any other damage, loss or expense, cost or fee associated with such damage. In some states, exclusions for incidental or consequential damages are not allowable.
